Our standard rates are quoted in USD plus VAT/taxes, and $125 cleaning fee. Discretionary tips are not included. If you have any questions, or the dates you are interested do not show as available, please contact us directly so we can assist further.

All rates are subject to change until reservation is paid.  Reservation is not confirmed until payment is received and e-signed rental agreement is received for confirmed dates.  Please see our rental agreement for cancellation and reservation change policies, terms & conditions.

Please be advised that we get booked very fast, especially during the high and holiday seasons, sometimes up to a year in advance and further.

Low Season (May - October), 3 night minimum stay, $550/night - 10% discount offered on stays 9+ nights

​

High Season (November - April), 3 night minimum stay, $695/night - 10% discount offered on stays 9+ nights

​

Holiday Season (Thanksgiving week), 7 night minimum, $970/night

​

Peak Season (Christmas & New Years), 7 night minimum stay, $1125/night

All reservations require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. The balance of the rental charge is due 30 days prior to arrival. We also require a $700 refundable damage security deposit 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event you should have to cancel your booking, please see below for details.

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

• 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

• No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Early check out will not be refunded.  We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance.
